The HR Service Administrator role at IBM is pivotal in shaping a seamless and enriching employee experience within the organization. Role and Responsibilities
- Designing a digital onboarding experience that is informative, engaging, and ensures a strong start at IBM.
- Acting as the primary contact for new employees and hiring managers from offer acceptance through onboarding.
- Coordinating the delivery of all provisioning items by the new hire's start date.
- Ensuring timely completion of all onboarding process elements.
- Handling communications and inquiries from new hires.
- Auditing and reviewing all new hire documents in compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Ensuring timely integration of employee data into HR systems.
- Creating the new hire record in the designated tool.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 1-2 years of prior experience, preferably in an international company.
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional foreign language.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) with expertise in pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Digital skills such as video creation and project management are advantageous.
