Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product and architecture owners to design solutions for emergent business needs.
- Plan technical activities for epics and stories, ensuring efficient execution.
- Design, develop, and quality assure stories and deliverables, adhering to high standards.
- Enforce Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), architectural guidelines, and development principles.
- Work in tandem with the central architecture team to ensure a cohesive solution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and support engineers within the team, facilitating their professional growth and conducting code reviews to maintain excellence.
Mandatory Skills
- Proficiency in Oracle databases with a minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong background in data modeling, enabling effective representation of complex structures.
- Demonstrated expertise in writing intricate Stored Procedures.
- Thorough understanding of various database objects such as indexes, cursors, stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Experience handling large databases housing millions of records, with a focus on performance tuning.
Nice-to-Have Skills
