Responsibilities
- The Systems Engineering team is responsible for delivering innovative solutions to address automation needs for scaling delivery capabilities.
- The Principal Software Engineer Lead will be responsible for end-to-end deliverables, envisioning and designing new features, working in an Agile environment, and delivering value incrementally.

Qualifications
- Required Qualifications. 12+ years hands-on full stack software development experience, systems integration experience, at least 3 years of people management experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a degree in Computer Science or related technical experience.
- Preferred Qualifications. Experience working through the full product cycle, familiarity with low code platforms such as Microsoft D365, and experience in construction/capital projects and integration of supply chain activities.
