Are you passionate about harnessing data to drive strategic decisions? As a Product Analytics Expert at Adobe, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Document Cloud products. Your responsibilities will span from generating actionable insights to collaborating with cross-functional teams, all with the aim of elevating our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Insight Generation. Dive deep into data to uncover customer insights and trends that inform product improvements.
2. Executive Reporting. Craft comprehensive reports and analyses for executive stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making. Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to establish critical metrics and develop dashboards that drive strategic decisions.
4. Customer Journey Mapping. Utilize multiple data sources to provide a holistic view of the customer journey across Document Cloud products.
5. Continuous Improvement. Drive innovation by identifying patterns, trends, and relationships within large data volumes to enhance business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in product/marketing analytics, with a strong track record of driving actionable insights.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets, along with expertise in Hadoop/Big Data environments.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel Pivots, as well as Adobe Analytics.
• Basic understanding of scripting languages (R, Python) and data warehousing infrastructures like Hive/Presto.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and their application in driving product improvements.
