As a Product Designer in UX Design, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing products for PhonePe’s diverse user base. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and CX teams to ensure alignment with the design vision and translate user needs into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research & Analysis. Understand user needs and behaviors to drive design decisions. Engage in discussions and brainstorming sessions to generate and refine ideas.
- Design & Prototyping. Develop robust user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Create screens that are intuitive, consistent, and delightful.
- Collaboration. Work with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to turn designs into reality. Ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Tracking & Optimization. Analyze design performance and usability metrics. Use data to inform design improvements and track the success of design implementations.
Qualifications
- Experience. 2+ years in software product design. Experience with consumer products is a plus; fintech experience is not required but appreciated.
- Skills. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, Principle, AfterEffects, and ProtoPie. Ability to create compelling micro-interactions.
- Collaboration. Strong ability to work with various teams and articulate design concepts and decisions.
- Business Acumen. Understand and communicate how design choices impact business outcomes.
