Puresoftware is seeking a talented and experienced Product Domain Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our ePRO (electronic Patient Reported Outcomes) data capture products are accompanied by clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create high-quality documentation that meets user needs and aligns with our company's standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Creation. Develop and maintain user manuals, technical guides, API documentation, and other supporting materials for our ePRO data capture products.
- Collaboration. Work closely with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather information and understand the product features, functionality, and user requirements.
- Standards Compliance. Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and best practices, maintaining consistency and clarity across all materials.
- User-Centric Writing. Write documentation with a focus on the end-user, ensuring ease of understanding and accessibility for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuous Improvement. Regularly review and update documentation based on user feedback, product updates, and new features.
- Content Management. Organize and manage documentation resources, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Experience. Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in the software industry or with ePRO products.
- Technical Skills. Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices. Familiarity with documentation tools and platforms.
- Communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
- Collaboration. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Adaptability. Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Education. A degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
