As a Product Manager II in the Azure Front Door team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our product. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our offerings, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery with the highest quality, resilience, and scalability. Responsibilities
- Drive and track success metrics for various features within Azure Front Door.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and prioritize critical features based on customer and technical requirements.
- Partner with engineering to ensure on-time delivery with the highest quality and scalability.
- Manage mission-critical projects defining global traffic routing.
- Collaborate with partners to identify short-term investment opportunities.
- Facilitate usability reviews with customers and organize scenario walkthroughs.
- Partner with Product Marketing teams to build marketing, roll-out, and customer support plans.
- Collect performance metrics and propose improvements in specific areas.
- Manage customer communities and build trust with targeted customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development or equivalent experience.
- Experience delivering complex features from inception to completion.
- Experience working with cloud service providers like Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
- Proficiency in communication skills, critical thinking, and hands-on troubleshooting capabilities.
- Comfortable with complexity and ability to generate clarity in a highly ambiguous environment.
Additional Qualifications
Experience with content delivery networks, load balancers, or application security products like WAF, Firewall, and DDoS protection.
