Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
- 3 years of experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 1 year of experience in technical leadership.
- Experience in game design or a strong interest in the gaming space.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Play and Loyalty leads, global Developer Partnerships, and other Google teams to define compelling goals and roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional international teams to deliver scalable solutions that engage gamers across multiple platforms.
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities across teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Regularly report product and program performance to executive management within Google Play.
- Foster close working relationships with engineering, UX/UI, analytics, and research teams to drive product excellence and user satisfaction.
