As a Multi-Solution Practitioner at Adobe, you'll collaborate closely with our team of architects and client stakeholders to build cutting-edge implementations for enterprise customers. From project planning to technical execution, you'll be at the forefront of driving client success through Adobe's powerful suite of tools.
Responsibilities
- Dive deep into clients' website architecture, business models, and online marketing strategies to develop tailored solutions.
- Gather and document client requirements, key performance indicators, and technical specifications.
- Design and implement customized solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud framework.
- Provide technical support throughout the implementation process, including debugging and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive website optimization and personalized experiences.
- Configure and operate Adobe Target to execute multi-channel campaigns effectively.
- Communicate with clients, including marketers, analysts, developers, and executives, to ensure alignment and success.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in web analytics or related fields.
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, web protocols, and advanced JavaScript.
- Experience with A/B testing and site personalization, preferably using Adobe Target.
- Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target Certification preferred.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, responsive, and dedicated to customer success.
Special Consideration Given For
- Previous experience with Adobe Analytics or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Campaign.
- Website optimization consulting or development experience.
- Deep industry knowledge in retail, media, finance, or technology sectors.
- Expertise in mobile app analytics and personalization.
