Job Description

As a Program Manager on the Payments Team, you'll lead initiatives aimed at creating seamless and secure payment experiences for users worldwide. Working in a dynamic environment, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full software development lifecycle, overseeing projects from ideation to post-production support.
  • Manage release cycles for consumer-oriented products, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Drive software implementation projects, including project management, documentation, and tracking of timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, generate project plans, and explore integration opportunities.
  • Resolve design and implementation issues in partnership with Product, Engineering, and other teams, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to scalability initiatives, implement best practices, and drive operational efficiencies through system automation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, agile software development, program or project management, data analysis, and communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to work well with metrics, numbers, and trends.
  • Experience in implementation and SDLC, including mobile software development, test engineering, scripting, and debugging.
  • Exceptional project management, budget management, agreement facilitation, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and editing skills, with high attention to detail.
