We are seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in various locations across India. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating Agile processes and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, particularly focused on Salesforce and ServiceMax implementations. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum/Kanban events and processes to assist teams in delivering value.
- Coach and mentor Scrum Teams/Product Owners on effective backlog management and product planning.
- Manage the Scrum process, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Coordinate release plans and activities with relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate the team's progress towards team goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with all members of software development teams and coordinate dependencies across teams.
- Exemplify a Lean-Agile mindset through servant leadership, promoting SAFe quality practices, and coaching others in Agile methodologies.
- Support changes that increase the productivity of the Scrum Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Scrum Master certification, preferably SAFe.
- Experience in Agile software methodologies and Scrum.
- Hands-on experience in handling ServiceMax and Salesforce projects.
- Flexibility to work in Canada shift hours during business interactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills, with mastery of English.
