As a Senior SDET Lead, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading testing efforts and ensuring the quality of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive test automation, implement quality assurance processes, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our testing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Mentoring
- Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of SDETs, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Lead by example through active participation in hands-on coding and design activities, demonstrating best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
Automation Strategy
- Define and drive the test automation strategy, including the selection of appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Establish best practices for test automation, continuous integration, and deployment to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Planning and Execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Oversee the execution of automated tests, analyze test results, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Integration and Deployment (CI/CD)
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, ensuring seamless integration with development workflows.
- Drive improvements in build, test, and deployment automation processes, proactively identifying technical debt and mitigating long-term risks.
Quality Assurance Processes
- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes, standards, and metrics across the organization.

Integration and Deployment (CI/CD)
