Role Overview
As a Lead Consultant – React Native Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of software features and components, staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Responsibilities

• Work in a dynamic atmosphere of an evolving strategy and scope.
• Participate in discussions and brainstorming sessions on architecture, design, and logic/algorithms.
• Work closely with a great, close-knit team.
• Receive comprehensive, platinum-level healthcare and benefits.
• Code, problem solve, and code some more.
• Master design patterns and collaborative software development best practices.
• Pride in shipping beautiful, clean, and easily maintainable code.
• Experience with cloud micro-service architectures, configuration, operation, and maintenance.
• Be a self-starter, requiring little day-to-day supervision, and comfortable providing mentorship to other engineers.

Minimum Qualifications

• BE/B Tech/M Tech
• Able to express intelligence and creativity by using programming to solve complex real-world problems.
• Experience developing software with React.js, React Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

A portfolio of projects in which you had a key role; for each, be prepared to describe your role, the technologies involved, resources dedicated, and a challenging technical problem encountered and how it was overcome.

• Experience developing within an agile scrum planning methodology.
• Experience working in healthcare or related industries.
• Experience building products with a data-driven methodology.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
