Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Recruiter at IBM Consulting, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Key responsibilities include.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Conducting job analysis to determine essential skills, experience, and qualifications for each position.
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Proactively sourcing candidates through online job postings, networking events, job fairs, and recruitment agencies.
- Reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Extending job offers to successful candidates and negotiating terms and conditions of employment.
- Providing necessary information and support to new hires to facilitate their integration into the organization.
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
