Coforge is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our growing digital team. As a key player, you will be instrumental in defining the technical architecture and solution strategy for our enterprise clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture design, technical solutioning, and implementation strategies across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Field Service, etc.).
- Translate complex business challenges into robust and scalable technical solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform.
- Provide technical direction and hands-on leadership during all phases of project delivery—from conceptualization to deployment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, solution architects, and QA, to ensure delivery excellence.
- Develop architecture blueprints, proof-of-concepts, and detailed technical designs, maintaining strong documentation standards.
- Define best practices for code, configuration, integration, security, and performance optimization in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client executives and stakeholders, building long-term strategic relationships through thought leadership and technical acumen.
- Contribute to the growth and maturity of Coforge’s Salesforce practice through innovation, capability development, and mentoring.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Technical Architecture experience, with a total of 8.5+ years in enterprise software development and solution design.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM architecture, data modeling, and multi-cloud solution delivery.
- Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations involving complex integrations with on-premise and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing strategies and architectural patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications Required
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory), Platform Developer II (preferred).
- At least one Salesforce Cloud Consultant certification (Sales, Service, Field Service, or Experience Cloud).
- One or more Salesforce Architect track certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect).
