As a SAP Sustainability Solutions Lead, you will spearhead the sales and delivery of SAP Sustainability Cloud solutions, empowering our clients to drive business outcomes while addressing sustainability challenges. Your deep SAP functional skills and broad industry experience will be key in leading large-scale transformation programs and shaping client processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and deliver SAP Sustainability Cloud solutions, including SAP Sustainability Footprint Management and SAP Responsible Design and Production.
- Utilize your sustainability knowledge and SAP expertise to enable client capabilities and drive business outcomes.
- Identify integration opportunities across applications to enable sustainability initiatives, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Accenture's Strategy and consulting, Technology, Interactive, and Operations teams to drive value for clients.
- Lead the development of sustainability roadmaps, business cases, and innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with client senior leaders, positioning Accenture as their trusted partner for long-term vision realization.
- Drive business development efforts to grow Accenture’s SAP Sustainability practice, including proposal submission and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ERP and SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC roadmap initiatives, preferably in the Supply Chain domain.
- Experience leading transformation, consulting, or advisory services, including business case development and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business process transformation and management consulting skills.
- Experience managing teams, including offshore teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience); if Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
Bonus Qualifications
- Broad transformation and functional experience, with expertise in Solution Architect or Delivery roles.
- Experience in transforming client’s Sustainability requirements into value-driven solutions with SAP applications.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud for Sustainable Enterprises solutions and SAP modules such as EHS, PP, PM, Ariba, TM, and LBN.
- Deep industry knowledge in Sustainability domains such as Climate, Circular Economy, Social, and ESG reporting.
- Experience in other/non-SAP ESG reporting platforms and co-development activities with SAP.
- Ability to articulate S/4 HANA business suite capabilities over ECC.
