The Challenge
The Digital Advertising, Learning & Publishing business unit (D-ALP BU) is a dynamic $350M+ division catering to enterprises, SMEs, educational institutions, and government clients globally. As a Senior Computer Scientist at Adobe, you will take on features of varying complexity, requiring a deep understanding of system interactions, sophisticated algorithms, and sound design judgment.
We are seeking passionate engineers to join our team, contribute to the development of next-generation products, and enhance our existing offerings as we continue to scale.
What You Will Need To Succeed
- B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in software development.
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals with a deep understanding of algorithm design and performance.
- Proficiency in Java programming language.
- Ability to write reliable, maintainable, secure, and performant code.
- Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure services.
What You'll Do
As an individual contributor, your responsibilities will include.
- Designing and architecting new features and services.
- Overseeing all engineering phases, from early specifications to deployment.
- Collaborating with architects, product management, and other engineering teams to shape the technical vision and roadmap.
- Building technical specifications, prototypes, and presentations to effectively communicate ideas.
- Staying proficient in emerging industry technologies and trends, influencing product direction based on this knowledge.
- Orchestrating with the team to develop products or components of a larger product.
