Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing strategic projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data privacy or security systems.
- 5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- 5 years of experience in counter abuse or security.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and to drive organizational consensus/alignment in a cross-functional and fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and grow several engineering teams to build ML models and infrastructure to scale the detection, review and enforcement of harmful applications, SDKs, and developers.
- Develop roadmaps and run the execution of our risk management strategy, striking the right balance between long-term solutions and short-term, urgent business needs, between stopping bad actors, and fostering a positive developer experience.
