Job Description

Your Role

  1. Service Site Management. Oversee all service sites, ensuring smooth operations for maintenance, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and warranty calls.
  2. Payment & Invoice Follow-Up. Actively manage and follow up on payments, ensuring timely submission of invoices.
  3. Call Tracking. Maintain an accurate record of all service calls and ensure they are addressed promptly.
  4. Opportunity Identification. Identify and pursue EPS (Energy Performance Services) and digital opportunities from service sites.
  5. SLA & PM Activities. Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities effectively.
