- Developing and overseeing the deployment of HR strategies, policies, and practices specific to the business unit.
- Structuring compensation and benefits packages for various roles and levels, including promotions and corrections.
- Influencing and driving people outcomes through talent management functions such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Performance Management.
- Overseeing employee engagement, retention planning, and implementation, as well as managing exits.
- Leading culture and mindset shifts to enhance business outcomes.
- Tracking and influencing employee productivity, revenue contribution, and margin contribution.
- Implementing succession planning for key leadership roles and building a leadership pipeline.
- Reporting on key HR metrics and managing HR compliance within the business unit.
- Crafting innovative solutions and presentations for requests for proposals and requests for information.
Role/Responsibilities
As the HR leader for the assigned client/business group, your responsibilities include.
- Managing employee relations concerns and driving issue resolution in collaboration with staffing and legal partners.
- Delivering performance management processes, including mid-year check-ins and performance reviews, and conducting calibration sessions.
- Partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver employee and management excellence programs and build capability within the organization.
- Leading talent planning and management efforts in alignment with the HR plan.
- Driving and delivering talent management programs for high-potential (HIPO) employees, following COE direction.
- Collaborating with HR leadership to design talent planning solutions that align with the HR plan and serve the business.

Experience and Skills
