Responsibilities
- Conceptualization and Design. Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale, translating user insights into holistic design solutions that align with business and brand objectives.
- Collaboration. Partner with stakeholders across teams to define and refine product requirements, ensuring alignment with user needs and market trends.
- Execution. Work closely with web developers and engineers to implement and deliver final products, maintaining high standards of design integrity and usability.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design within corporate, software, web, or agency environments, including participation in complete product development lifecycles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading medium to large-scale design projects independently or with some senior support.
- Ability to influence and engage in cross-functional discussions, with a track record of delivering design solutions for complex, unstructured problems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and advocate design ideas effectively across the organization.
