We are seeking an Engineer to join our SCD & Axioma Integration product group. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our connectivity and integration capabilities, focusing on operational flows and APIs. As a member of our team, you will streamline processes, expand integration with partner products, and contribute to the advancement of our platform.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate deep business knowledge across Front Office, Risk, and Instruments.
- Contribute to high-level testing of risk models and the integration of new instrument types.
- Ensure operational efficiency by auditing processes, optimizing speed, managing exceptions, and automating tasks.
- Perform DevOps tasks such as data management, upgrades, batch processing, and access management.
- Collaborate with the team to expand API usage (C#/Java) by incorporating new fields and commands.
- Integrate partner products into our standard platform delivery pipeline.
- Build, test, document, deploy, and maintain standard configurations in collaboration with the team.
- Utilize GitHub and SpecFlow for version control and testing.
- Evaluate potential partners and assist with proof of concept (PoC) initiatives.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless integration.
- Design and implement ETL processes as an ETL developer.
- Demonstrate excellent business acumen and communication skills, understanding client-specific requirements.
- Possess in-depth database knowledge along with basic programming and scripting skills.
