Job description
 ServiceNow – ITSM, CMDB, Integrations

 Good-to-Have 

 Technical Competency

  • Good knowledge and understanding of the ITIL process
  •  Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform technical objects like scripts, including business rules, client scripts, etc.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of at least one End-to-End ServiceNow solution.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM and CMDB processes.
  • Good understanding of integrations using integration hub/ flow designer/ Performance Analytics
  •  Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information.
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions, business process management, interpreting and designing complex workflows.
  • Experience in JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XML.
  • ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification

Behavioral competency

  • Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written).
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratively
  • Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration and retrospectives).
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
