Roles and Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise in API Management and Integration to design integration solutions using API platforms such as MuleSoft, APIGEE, or Axway, and Micro Services Architecture (Spring Boot, Node.js).
- Participate in design workshops and lead teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Recommend the best integration options based on project requirements.
- Demonstrate strong customer service focus and agility in responding to changing priorities.
- Work independently with minimal assistance, showcasing excellent leadership and communication skills in managing client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Suggest solutions and technology alternatives for various tasks.
Skills/Competencies
Essential
- 4+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 3+ years in API development.
- Hands-on experience in API Development using Java Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in Spring framework, Java programming, RESTful APIs, JSON, and Web services.
- Strong understanding of API & Microservices design, deployment, security, and integration patterns.
- Experience with delivery tools like Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins/Bamboo, Junit, Test Automation, SonarQube, etc.
- Excellent debugging skills for both client and server-side components.
- Proficiency in databases, Hibernate/JPA, and writing complex SQL queries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to mentor junior members, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and peers.
Preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to write design documents and estimate end-to-end delivery of integration projects.
- Ability to tackle complex technical items and provide guidance on integration aspects.
