Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable and efficient machine learning platform products and infrastructure.
- Develop technical specifications and architectures for new ML platform features and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders globally.
- Define and enforce engineering best practices for high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in the code review process to maintain code quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest ML platform technologies for product innovation.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding processes.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders for project alignment.

Project Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8+ years of commercial software development experience.
- Demonstrated excellence in fast-paced, cross-functional team environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex problems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Sense of ownership, urgency, and pride in work.
- Leadership skills with clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting production issues.
- Experience with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and exposure to ML practices and platforms.
- Experience with Kubeflow, Seldon, Spark, and AWS cloud services is a plus.
