We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic Digital and Cloud Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing innovative solutions that leverage digital technologies and cloud platforms, ensuring that they align with our clients' business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of digital and cloud solutions that meet clients' business needs and adhere to industry best practices.
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to develop solutions, including conducting demonstrations, presentations, and proposal development.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, identify opportunities, and define solution strategies.
- Develop comprehensive solution blueprints, technical designs, and architecture documentation to guide implementation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to technology practices throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
- Conduct architecture reviews, assess risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in digital and cloud services, evaluating their impact on our solutions.
Qualifications
- Education. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, focusing on digital and cloud services.
- Proven experience leading RFP responses and presenting to leadership, shaping commercial propositions.
- Subject matter expertise in industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare & Lifesciences, Telecom, etc.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with modern architecture patterns, including microservices architecture, containerization, and serverless computing.
- Certifications. Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Microsoft Certified. Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect are a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
