Your Role and Responsibilities
- Manage Global Projects. Handle global projects in Building Automation System (BAS) for assigned zones/regions/countries.
- Engineering Excellence. Understand project requirements and provide a comprehensive controls engineering package for HVAC systems to ensure smooth project execution according to regional standards.
- Design and Quality Assurance. Design and quality check complex HVAC building control systems, ensuring adherence to standard QC checklists and processes for both self-engineered and peer-reviewed drawings.
- Programming and Delivery. Ensure flawless programming and on-time project delivery with the highest quality.
- Project Tracking. Keep project executions on track and provide periodic status updates to project owners/leads.
- Risk Management. Identify project risks and timely communicate them to the team leader.
Your Success is Grounded In
- Educational Background. Engineering Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics.
- Relevant Experience. 3 to 7 years of work experience in hardware/system design within the building technology domain, specifically for HVAC controls.
- Technical Knowledge. Strong understanding of BMS fundamentals and HVAC equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Water- and Air-Cooled Chillers, and Boilers.
- Field Devices and Controllers. Knowledge of BMS field devices and controllers.
- Communication Skills. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to confidently communicate ideas and solutions.
