Responsibilities
- Effective Communication. Articulate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and user-centered design processes to stakeholders.
- Holistic Design Solutions. Develop comprehensive design solutions that align with business objectives, brand identity, and user needs.
- Collaborative Development. Collaborate with web developers and engineers to ensure seamless execution and delivery of final products.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web or software applications.
- 7+ years of experience in user experience design or relevant industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency).
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver large-scale projects that shape the future of the business.
- Proven track record of driving strategy and vision for projects and teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle unstructured problems and translate ambiguity into actionable plans.
- Excellent visual communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience influencing product strategy on adjacent teams.
