About Organon Professional Services
Organon Professional Services has built a reputation for excellence in the following areas:
Data Warehouse and DataMart Usability: In the face of the many technical challenges involved in building and maintaining a data warehouse, usability and ease of access are often given low priority. At Organon, we specialize in building customized front-end programs that allow users to work with the contents of large data stores.
Financial Analysis and Support: Organon provides analysis services to many of our clients, typically where the information is contained in databases or other electronic media. We add value to our clients by automating activities such as yearend inventory reconciliation; by analyzing margins on services and goods; and by identifying overall trends and patterns in the data.
Forecasting and Pricing Software: Our wholesale and pharmaceutical clients require sophisticated software to predict future demand and prices; to optimize inventory and order quantities; and to maximize margins across multiple sales and distribution channels. Organon has developed numerous systems to accomplish these goals, working closely with users to analyze the requirements and identify the available data elements, then implementing and supporting the systems. Today, several million dollars of purchases occur weekly using Organon-built forecasting software.
Web Database Development: Organon provides the data structure and database systems for a variety of web programs, including training feedback sites, film festivals, online mortgage sites, and a variety of others. For larger or more presentation-oriented projects, Organon partners with graphic design experts and web hosting companies to provide a turnkey solution to our clients.
Workflow Software: Organon has improved productivity for several clients dramatically, simply by implementing a networked system that stores contact information, project and task status, and other important shared data. The savings in time are often dramatic, and the systems tend to pay for themselves quickly. Tasks such as purchasing and asset management can be integrated as well.
