Course Highlights: - This 45 day programme will enable the candidates to become a very effective Desktop Support Technicians / Engineers. The course is built to give a sound understanding of the basics of Desktop Administration. The course starts from elementary Computing, includes Boolean math, Computer Hardware, Board level fault analysis, and then leads into Windows Desktop Administration. On successful completion, the candidates will be able to take up Microsoft Certified Professional Examination, and join organizations as first level support Technicians / Engineers LEVEL – II Intermediate Programme: - Duration 90 days Course Highlights: - This is a 90 day programme, This covers all the topics in the Basic programme and in addition, familiarises the candidate to work in a networked, Server Centric Environment. Covers Microsoft Server Management in detail, and also includes basics of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. On successful completion, will enable attendees to take on the demanding tasks of a System Administrator that a medium size IT enabled enterprise will need. They will be able to pass the Microsoft Certified System Administration (MCSA) Exam with ease. LEVEL – III Advanced Programme:-Duration 180 days Course Highlights: - This is a 6 months programme, covers the Basic and intermediate programmes, and also includes, Linux, Routing, Switching and very advanced topics like TCP/IP packet analysis and security. Fundamentals of ITIL frame work are also delivered. Candidates who opt for this programme will also have an opportunity to work as interns in IEIPL's client locations. As this gives exposure to live environments, they will be better placed to face competition, and will have a definite edge over the pass-outs from the regular training institutes. Successful completion of this unique advanced training will enable the candidate to take up MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, RHCE, A+ N+ and Security certifications.
