Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business sponsors and product managers to craft product strategy and roadmap.
- Influence stakeholders on product requirements through whiteboarding sessions and solution development.
- Translate high-level requirements into detailed specifications for engineering teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to define product development plans and roadmap.
- Act as the Product Owner during Agile planning and execution cycles.
- Serve as the product Subject Matter Expert (SME) for requirement clarifications.
- Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
- Engage with customers and partners to drive product adoption and co-solutioning efforts.
- Foster innovation, leveraging new technologies to enhance product portfolio impact.
Qualifications
Basic
- Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of relevant work experience, or Advanced Degree with 4+ years of experience.
- Technical expertise in Java technologies, API (SOAP & REST), Web & Mobile Development.
- Experience in the Payments space.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience, or Advanced Degree with 2+ years of experience, or relevant PhD.
- Strong track record of delivering complex software systems or services.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
- Solid business acumen with a proactive attitude.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills.
