Role and Responsibilities

  • Developing technical documentation and educational content for enterprise software, collaborating with Product Management, Development, and Test teams.
  • Understanding the TBM domain, products, and functionality to create walk-through guides and feature documents.
  • Working in a team environment, contributing to sprint backlogs, and actively participating in agile-based development cycles.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 3-6 years of experience in developing customer-facing technical documentation for enterprise software.
  • Proficiency in written English.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with single-source authoring software such as Madcap Flare or XMetal.
  • Familiarity with source control software like GitHub.
  • Experience working with DITA or XML.
  • Copyediting skills are considered a plus.
