As a Siebel Technology Lead at Infosys, you will provide expertise and leadership in Siebel MDM(UCM) and OEDQ solution design. Your role involves collaborating with teams to ensure the implementation of the right technology solutions to meet business and operational needs. You will also contribute to solution design, architecture reviews, and the implementation of best practices.
Responsibilities
- Engage with client-side Business PMs, Architects, and Technical leads to align goals and objectives.
- Facilitate workshops with Business and IT stakeholders for solution designs.
- Collaborate with other Technology leads to ensure alignment and avoid conflicts between solutions and projects.
- Provide inputs to high and low-level technical design based on business requirements.
- Participate actively in design and architecture reviews.
- Produce estimates and input for future projects and enhancements, ensuring achievability and realism.
- Ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of the environment.
- Own and prepare business proposals and roadmaps for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills
Must-Have
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Siebel UCM/CRM Product, with at least 3 years in solution design roles.
- Prior experience as Siebel Data Validation Manager.
- Strong expertise in integration technologies such as micro-services, Web Services, and Queues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Client handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Expert knowledge in information systems and technology services and products.
- Proven design expertise across multiple information systems and technology architecture domains.
- Experience with Siebel configuration, Scripting, Workflow, and EIM.
- Experience with Siebel CRM integration technologies EAI, EIM, Web services, and APIs.
