Your Role and Responsibilities

As a UX Designer at IBM, your responsibilities will include.

• Leading and conducting user research to gain insights into users' goals, behaviors, and needs.
• Developing user models based on research findings and defining context scenarios and user experience stories.
• Designing the overall structure and behavior of systems, including information flows and workflows.
• Testing and refining products through evaluative research to ensure they meet users' goals and tasks.
• Developing a sense of empathy for users and proposing design decisions that are desirable, viable, and feasible.

We are seeking candidates who are.

• Good team players with strong collaboration skills.
• Creative and strategic thinkers who can propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent presenters and listeners who can effectively communicate ideas.
• Open-minded, explorative, and adaptive to change.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch and Adobe CS.
• Educated in a Design Discipline, HCI, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
