Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Literature, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 4 years of experience in writing, editorial, marketing, UX writing, or related fields, including leading content strategy projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Typically 4 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional technology organization.
- Typically 4 years of experience in writing, editing, marketing, or UX writing in an agency setting.
- Typically 3 years of experience interacting with executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for all UX functions throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop innovative UX writing solutions to address complex user, product, and business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop product narratives, visions, missions, or principles.
- Lead the establishment and improvement of holistic UX writing and content design processes, systems, frameworks, or patterns.
- Influence project priorities to balance tactical and strategic efforts in alignment with larger project goals.
