As a Mobile Architect/Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing complex mobile applications using Xamarin and the new Maui framework.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex mobile applications using Xamarin and the new Maui framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to create world-class mobile applications.
- Develop architectural solutions meeting business requirements and adhering to industry best practices.
- Define and maintain technical standards and guidelines for mobile application development.
- Implement strategies for mobile application security, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile application development, offering recommendations to the team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate mobile applications with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in mobile application development using Xamarin, C#, .NET, and related technologies.
- Experience in developing mobile applications using the new Maui framework is required.
- Strong experience in software architecture and design patterns.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams of developers.
- Good understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with SQLite or similar databases, push notification implementation, designing custom UI components, and using libraries for face recognition, QR codes, PDFs, and graphics for mobile applications.
- Understanding of Enterprise Frameworks, release procedures, and development environments.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with business users, assess their needs, and provide solutions through the full development life cycle.
- Strong time management, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
