At DPEG, we prioritize the interests of our investors by adopting a true partnership structure. We believe in 100% profit distribution, with no promote fees or back-end splits, ensuring that every partner is on an equal playing field and grows their wealth based on their proportionate investment in each project. Transparency is at the core of our operations as we provide closing statements for every deal and monthly bank statements for all investments, along with regularly communicating project updates and major milestones to our partners. Our approach fosters collective decision-making, allowing our investors to play an active role in major project decisions. By working closely with our investors, we aim to create lasting wealth and success for all involved. DPEG’s team of attorneys, accountants, bankers, brokers, and contractors all invest alongside us and our partners as active LPs, strengthening the alignment of interests pertaining to each project.
