Dmytro Nasyrov

I am Dmytro Nasyrov, founder and CTO of Pharos Production, a software engineering company established in 2013. I have 23 years of engineering experience, hold a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and lecture at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. My work covers AI agents, LLM integration and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), with a focus on the architecture of production systems. I also design FinTech platforms and blockchain applications, including payment systems, smart contracts and distributed backends. At Pharos Production, I lead engineering and help teams make architecture decisions from proof of concept through production delivery. Our 93-person company has headquarters in Las Vegas and an engineering office in Kyiv.
