Recardio Harga

They also sell at home electronic Recardio models with an arm cuff, however these are too tiny for my arm. I am muscular and overweight thus my arm is just too massive for them. I use a Recardio Harga Omron wrist model. It's pretty accurate with doctor's workplace models (I have tested this on varied occasions) and they're compact and simple to use.
