Simon Arias

I’m Simon Arias, an entrepreneur, leader, and owner of Arias Agencies, where we do more than provide financial services—we create life-changing opportunities. Built on hard work, discipline, and an unshakable commitment to success, my journey has been about pushing limits and helping others do the same. As a motivational speaker, I travel the country, sharing the mindset, principles, and strategies that have helped me succeed while inspiring others to take control of their future. I also host The G.R.I.N.D Cast, a podcast dedicated to real talk on business, leadership, and personal growth. My mission is simple: to lead by example, motivate people to break barriers, and prove that success isn’t given—it’s earned through relentless effort.
