Google’s AI Futures Fund (AIFF) has partnered with Accel Atoms, the well-known pre-seed scaling program from Accel India, to launch a new cohort aimed at accelerating India’s earliest AI startups. The collaboration brings capital, cutting-edge technology and hands-on mentorship to founders building AI-first products from day one.

The partnership reinforces Google’s long-standing role in India’s digital transformation and arrives at a moment when AI is reshaping industries at speed. Together, Google AIFF and Accel Atoms aim to support founders moving from zero to one with a mix of funding, technical depth and access to world-class talent.

What the program offers

Early access to advanced AI models, including Gemini, Imagen, and Veo, often before they reach the broader market

Close collaboration with experts across Google DeepMind, Google product teams, Accel, and the wider startup ecosystem

Google Cloud credits and dedicated support to help teams build, trai,n and scale AI-powered applications

Equity investment opportunities from both Google and Accel for selected startups

Jonathan Silber, Co-Founder and Director of AIFF, says this cohort reflects Google’s confidence in India’s entrepreneurial momentum: “India’s founders will play a leading role in defining the next era of global technology. By increasing our investment in the region, we’re helping this next wave of innovation be built responsibly on Google’s most advanced AI models.”

How to apply

Applications are now open through the Accel India portal. The Accel Atoms x AI Futures Fund cohort begins in February 2026, and pre-seed founders across India are encouraged to apply.
