Saudi Arabia is taking a big step toward becoming a global leader in artificial intelligence (AI). HUMAIN, a new AI-focused company backed by the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia, has announced a major partnership with NVIDIA, a world leader in AI computing.
Building the Future of AI in Saudi Arabia
Together, HUMAIN and NVIDIA will build powerful AI factories in Saudi Arabia. These data centers will be equipped with hundreds of thousands of advanced NVIDIA GPUs, starting with an 18,000-unit AI supercomputer called the NVIDIA GB300 Grace Blackwell. Over the next five years, these centers will help create and run advanced AI systems for Saudi Arabia and the world.
Simulating the Real World with Omniverse
The partnership also includes the use of NVIDIA Omniverse, a platform that helps simulate and manage real-world environments like factories and energy systems. With this technology, industries in Saudi Arabia can build digital twins virtual versions of physical systems — to improve safety, efficiency, and innovation.
Training the AI Workforce of Tomorrow
To support this growth, HUMAIN and NVIDIA will train thousands of Saudi developers and engineers. These programs will focus on AI, robotics, simulation, and digital twin technology helping build a strong local AI workforce aligned with Vision 2030, the Kingdom’s national plan for economic growth and innovation.
Leaders Speak on the Partnership
- Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA, said: AI is now essential infrastructure. Together with HUMAIN, we are building the tools and systems that will help Saudi Arabia lead in this new era.
- HE Eng. Abdullah Alswaha, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, added: This partnership marks a major turning point. We’re laying the foundation for a new industrial revolution powered by AI and global collaboration.”
