Use Your Camera to Interact with Gemini Live

Gemini Live is now available for free on Android and iOS. You can point your phone at something like a product, document, or real-world scene and talk with Gemini about it. Whether you're fixing something, shopping, or exploring new ideas, this tool makes help more hands-on and natural.

Even better, Gemini Live is starting to connect with other Google tools. You’ll soon be able to plan outings with friends and automatically add them to your Calendar, ask for restaurant suggestions with real-time info from Google Maps, and more. All these features can be managed in the app’s settings.

Create Stunning Images and Videos

Gemini now includes two powerful creative tools.

• Imagen 4: A new image generation model that delivers more lifelike visuals, improved typography, and faster results perfect for everything from presentations to party invites.
• Veo 3: This video generation model can now add audio like background noise, sound effects, and even dialogue between characters, making your AI-generated videos feel much more real. It's available for Google AI Ultra subscribers.

Go Deeper with Research

With the updated Deep Research feature, you can now upload your own PDFs and images to get richer, more personalized insights. Soon, it’ll even support pulling from your Google Drive and Gmail.

Build and Explore with Canvas

Canvas is your creative playground inside the Gemini app. Now powered by the Gemini 2.5 model, you can,

Gemini Comes to Chrome

Gemini is now being integrated directly into the Chrome browser (on desktop for U.S.-based Pro and Ultra users). You can highlight text on any webpage to get instant explanations or summaries and soon, Gemini will help navigate and manage tabs for you.
