to questions you may have about our program.

Q: Why should I sell my .NET book on C# Corner?
A: C# Corner will give you the greatest exposure you can hope for from a third
party of Microsoft technology. We are one of the top sites for .NET programming
and reach developers through our website and newsletters. Periodically our
community will review books and allow everyone a peek into the content you are trying
to deliver

Q: How much will I make on my book?
A: C# Corner will sell your book and give you a 40% royalty. Most publishers
give a 10%-15% royalty on a printed book, so if the book sells at $60, then you
would normally receive $6.00 for print. Most e-books don't sell for more than
$20. At $20 (for a $60 print book), you would make $8.00 per book.

Q: How do I know people won't just copy my book and give it
to friends?
A: You can't protect against other people copying your book. However, if you
are smart about it, you will place marketing material inside your book so
that multiple distributions will get the word out about you and your talents.
E-books are a great way to promote your skills and at the same time make a little
money on the side.

Q: Can others copy and sell my book?
A: No. Not without the authors permission. An e-book is still
copyrighted material and needs the author's permission for resale. If they
resell your book without permission they are breaking the law.

Q: Must I have published a printed version in order to sell
an e-book version?
A: No. That is a great thing about e-books. You don't need to go through the
hassle of publishing a book or get it approved for publishing. C# Corner will
still need to make sure the material in the book is appropriate, but we will gladly
publish your book if we feel it has some value. Granted, we expect the book
to be well proofread and contain accurate technical knowledge.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of e-books I can sell on
the site?
A: No.We will gladly publish as many books as you write on C# Corner that has
appropriate content.

Q: Can I provide sample chapters for free to help sell my
book?
A: Sure! In fact if the chapter is publishable, we'll feature it as
an article on the website and link to your book in our store. This way your
book will get some instant attention.

Q: What is the return policy on the book?
A: Unlike printed versions of a book, e-books cannot be returned. Once
the book is purchased, the sale is complete and final.

Entering our e-book program is simple. You will be required to sign an online
resellers publishing contract. Once you have done this, you simply need to
upload your book. If you are having trouble deciding on a price tag for the book,
C# Corner will be happy to help you decide what we think your book is worth.
If we decide not to sell your book, we will let you know by e-mail and give you
a legitimate reason. At the end of each royalty period (3 months)
C# Corner will send you a check for 40% of the amount sold.
