JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with Project Managers to determine needs and applying / customizing existing technology to meet those needs
- Maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadlines
- Recording work progress on a weekly basis
- Documentation
SKILLS:
- Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support
- Ability to develop large scale web/database applications
- Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager
- Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
- Ability to construct user guides and documentation
- Excellent knowledge of Transact SQL
QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, WCF, WPF, ASP.Net MVC, WebApi, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .Net Framework 4 and above.
- Experience in C#/VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript/JQuery, HTML, XML.
- Some experience with front end UI design preferred.
- Minimum 3-6 years in backend software design in SQL Server 2008 or above, Stored procedures.
- 6-10 years of actual experience in the workplace.
- Understanding of AJAX and use of the REST protocols.
- Added advantage having knowledge of Telerik’s controls like WPF and Kendo etc.
- Experience with and/or understanding of network communications, protocols, and security is strongly preferred.
Education - Technical Graduate - BE, BTech, M.Tech, MSc (Computer Science)
