Sending push notifications to an Android app, but the completed Cordova app sample supports the Android and iOS platforms. I’ll show how to use the Android emulator, not because it’s great (it’s not), but because it does support push notifications. I recommend using an Android device rather than the emulator if you can. (Note that sending push notifications to an iOS device requires both a physical device and an Apple Developer account, and that the Mobile Services plug-in doesn’t currently support Windows Phone.
