How to Clean and Replace Corrupted Files in Windows 11

Introduction

In this article, I'm going to show you how to clean and replace corrupted files on Windows 11 in the proper and easiest method.

Before that, we need to know what is SFC: checks the digital signatures of protected system files against a database of known good versions of the files. It then replaces incorrect, corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with a cached copy located in a compressed folder at %WinDir%\System32\dllcache.

Step 1. Open your CMD by the administrator.

Step 2. After typing the comment “sfc /scannow” and hitting enter.
