Learn to add a Custom Domain in Azure Active Directory

We will learn to add the custom domain in the Azure active directory and set it as the default Active Directory. The initial domain for the Azure AD tenant should be username.onmicrosoft.com, We can use our own custom domain that we add for our business for user authentication and add the custom domain name.

Open Home - Microsoft Azure Navigate to the Azure Active Directory and Click on Azure Active Directory as highlighted in the below image.

Under the default active directory overview, on the lefthand side, click on the Custom Domain Name as below.

Click on Add Custom Domain Button => Right window toggles to add a custom domain name, which will be the mandatory field => Enter the Domain Name and Click on Add Domain Button as below.

Add Your Created Custom Domain to Azure DNS.

Make your created custom domain name as primary directory => Click on Make Primary.

Confirmation Notification Appears. Click on Yes to set the custom domain name as the primary directory.

You can now see the custom domain that we created under Custom Domains.
