  Nice work, we did similar type of thing with Intel RealSense and Galileo and we are first to integrate them. Here is a demo of that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ms59AT7eqkY . Also one suggestion I wont recommend using Arduino for Image processing for IoT

    By the first look in the video, it seems that you used a pc to process the data received from the realsense and hence send it to galileo. If a PC is a medium then all the processing are handled by the PC and not by the Galileo in your case and an Arduino in my case. This was just an experimentation and as expected Aforge.NET sometimes really isn't compatible with IoT. I still don't have access to Galileo or a RealSense device. I plan to use both of them in some real time gesture controls in robotics which aren't possible by Aforge and Arduino.
