Countless people will join our creations in an environment where there are no expectations beyond the designer's control It's like we don't have money, we can't spend time, we have to find a mind.

What is Customer Research?
There is a long and extensive list of UX studies used in user research, but at its core it is about users and how they think and act, their experiences, needs and motivations Typically, UX research does this through strategy analysis, functional analysis, and other techniques

User research has two main categories: quantitative (statistics: can calculate and calculate; focus on numbers and calculations) and qualitative Quantitative research is the most exploratory research used to analyze the problem by generating data or information that can be converted into usable statistics. Some data collection methods include various types of surveys - online, paper, mobile and kiosk surveys, longitudinal surveys, web interventions, online surveys and surveys.

This form of user research also includes analytics such as Google Analytics
Quantitative data from Analytics platforms are best balanced with qualitative insights from other UX testing methods such as focus group or usability testing. Data analysis will reveal patterns that can help determine which hypotheses should be further evaluated Qualitative consumer research is a direct behavioral assessment based on observation. It's about understanding people's beliefs and practices Background checks may include a variety of methods, including ethnographic research, interviews, field studies, and qualitative research.

Constructive research is not traditional applied research, ethnography is its closest equivalent – effective use is the key ingredient and its effectiveness depends on a broad understanding of human behavior.
